My name is Pierre Ichallalene and I am your host. Chez Pierre is the achievement of a life long ambition of mine. My parents Jean-Daniel and Emily were the owners of a number of award winning restaurants including Pierre’s Garden Restaurant in West Perth and The Jolly Frog on the Dawesville Cut in Mandurah, so I was influenced from a very early age. I have spent eighteen months in France firstly at the Cordon Bleu school in Paris honing my culinary and management skills and then working in Michelin starred restaurants with well known chefs at the helm. This experience taught me what was important to the appreciative dining client - a relaxed ambiance, fine food and attentive service. These qualities I have sought to embody in Chez Pierre and would like you to join us for what I believe will be a most enjoyable dining experience. Bon Appétit.
