Our restaurant first opened in 2007 and quickly became a popular venue with loyal diners who seek traditional French cuisine with five star service.
Pierre Ichallalene has studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and cooked abroad during his training. His parents, Jean-Daniel and Emily, have operated some of the Perth’s most renowned restaurants, including Hilite 33, Pierre’s Garden, and the Jolly Frog in Mandurah.
Pierre has continued the family tradition with Chez Pierre, sharing his passion for exquisite food and service with the world.
